Free Trial Period If you've signed up for a trial of our services, you can cancel at any time during the trial period without being charged. To cancel during your trial period, please contact our support team at least 48 hours before the trial period ends. 2. Subscription Services Our services are provided on a subscription basis with automatic renewals. You will be notified of any price changes, and we'll seek your consent to continue if required. Billing occurs between 00:00 and 01:00 (UTC) on your renewal date. To cancel your subscription, contact us at least 48 hours before the end of your current billing period. Cancellations take effect at the next payment date. There are no refunds for unused portions of subscription periods. 3. Consumer Right to Cancel You have the right to cancel your subscription within 14 days of your initial purchase without giving any reason. The cancellation period expires after 14 days from the day of purchase. To meet the cancellation deadline, you must inform us of your decision to cancel before the 14-day period expires. This right to cancel applies only to the initial subscription purchase, not to automatic renewals. 4.
